Which devices does Sherit support?
Sherit is designed for iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows devices on the same Wi-Fi network.
Do devices need to use the same Wi-Fi?
Yes. Nearby discovery and local transfers require both devices to be connected to the same local network.
Do I need an account?
No. Sherit does not require account registration before nearby chat or file transfer.
Are files uploaded to the cloud?
No. Sherit is designed around local network transfer.
Why can’t I find another device?
Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi and permissions are allowed.
Can I transfer folders?
Yes. Sherit supports sending entire folders.
Where are received files saved?
Received files are saved on the receiving device.
